THE LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE
Taught by ministers Early Copeland and Greg Phillips, provides a detailed biblical study of the principles and concepts of a spiritual approach to God's directive for church organizational leadership; and a further study of the absolute organization and responsibility of the leadership in the Lord's church as provided by God.

THE PURPOSE
Our purpose is to define leadership as provided by God, and to correctly understand the leadership structure of the Lord's church as given to us by the absolute authority of God.
Expected Results

Ministers, elders, deacons and the overall church will have an understanding of the definition of spiritual leadership.

We will thoroughly explain how spiritual leadership is necessary to motivate and revitalize any instituation.

As a leader of an organization, churches will learn how to identify and understand the spiritual needs of that organization.

Church leaders will learn to be a leader that is a spiritual leader in order to better equip the entire organization to reach its fullest potential.
